Dog Question: my puppy got bitten by another dog on the nose and it bled for about 2 min    i got it to stop bleeding but now hes breathing really hard and sleeping do i need to be concerned about the heavy breathing and fatigue?

Sorry to hear about your dog.

I would exam the nose to see if there is any swelling or if it appears the nose is broken.

If the nostrils appear open your dog should be able to breath.

It could be adrenaline that is causing the hard breathing, if that is the case it should pass.

If the hard breathing continues you need to see a vet, because there could be damage done that you cannot see.
