Cats and seem out of control for many reasons.  Without more specific information I can offer you some general comments.

Cats that are in heat can often seem uncontrollable.

Also some cats that have metabolic problems, (for example with the thyroid) can also seem out of control.

If this continues you should have a vet examine the cat.
