Cat Can't Sit On Back Leg

Cat Question: im looking after a friends cat while shes on holiday and she doesnt stop meowing and sometimes it seems like she can't sit on her back leg. everything else is fine she is eating and going toilet i wonder if you could help me??

I would feel her leg and see if she feels painful anywhere.  I wonder if the cat fell and brusied its leg or hip?  Also some cats have problems with their knees.

Cats that are hurt normally don't meow.  I think this cat just misses its owner and wants attention, it is not the behavior of a hurt cat.
