Sorry to hear about your cat.

Mother cats tend to lick the anus of the kitten in order to stimulate them to urinate or defecate.

I would take a warm wash cloth and rub the anus to try and stimulate defecation.  Be careful not to burn the cat.

I would also make sure the kitten is nursing.  If it is dehydrated from not nursing that could be problem.
