12 yr old Himalayan has been throwing up a lot for the last week and a half

Cat Question: Hello. My is a Himalayan that's almost 12 yrs. old. For the past week and a half or so he's been throwing up alot. Usually he throws up after eating too quickly. He's hairy and needs a haircut. It's been a long time since he's eaten a Hairball Formula food as well. Miko got into the garbage a few days ago. That's when he really started throwing up. It might be food poisoning. He hasn't eaten much for the past couple of days. Would Amoxi Drop help? I have some left over from previously that's not expired(15ml bottle). PLEASE GOT BACK TO ME SOON. Sorry to hear about your cat.

I think the Amoxi Drops could help in this case, just follow the instructions.

With vomiting cats you have to worry about dehydration, so make sure he is drinking or at least eating moist food.

If he can't keep anything down, food or water, then you need to see a vet.

For long haired cats you need to brush them and keep them on a hairball treatment.
